課程概述

(中) 永續發展為企業的轉型及定位,開創了新的思維方向,讓企業從解決社會問題貢獻永續的同時,創造獲利。企業永續強調組織如何回應利害相關人在經濟、環境、社會等多重面向的需求而發展的策略與實務,需運用許多學門的綜合性知識與技巧,如商管、經濟、財務、心理、政治、公關、組織變革以及環境管理等。為建立批判思考與實踐企業永續的能力,本課程必須是跨領域的整合性課程,結合環工所教師與業界教師一同授課,兼採個案式教學,深入討論實際個案,培養多元的思維角度與實務內涵。

(英) Corporate Sustainability involves development of strategies and practices to respond to the stakeholders’ need in terms of economic, environmental and social considerations. It calls for integration of knowledge and skills across disciplines, such as business management, financial planning, organizational reform, and environmental management. Therefore the course is in nature practical with breath and uniqueness. The teachers include a professor from the Graduate Institute of Environmental Engineering and experts from industries and institutions, and will provide a wide range of perspectives and practices. In addition to lectures, this course features in-depth case studies that guides critical thinking and analysis of realistic cases.

本課程將結合教師之講授,以及案例分析與實作等實務具體的內容與形式,引領學生學習企業永續的相關理念和方法。課程強調如何整合經濟、環境與社會面向考量,發展企業永續的管理策略;培養分析整合並具體解決問題的能力。
